For nine years, he pastored a church in Jacksonville, Florida, before the Lord led him and his family to Washington, Indiana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2021, Luke\u2019s life took a dramatic turn when he contracted the Delta variant of COVID-19. He spent 5\u00bd weeks in a coma and 150 days in the hospital, relearning how to walk, talk, eat, and breathe. During that time, Luke experienced the peace of Christ and the hope of heaven in a profound way. This testimony of God\u2019s grace fuels everything he does in ministry today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Luke is passionate about:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preaching the truth of God\u2019s Word with clarity and compassion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Helping people encounter the transforming power of the gospel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Building a church that unites around the essentials of the faith rather than divides over denominational lines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Equipping the next generation to live on mission<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to his pastoral role, Luke is a professional musician, writer, and creative. He uses these gifts to share the gospel through music, storytelling, and media. He also serves with&nbsp;<strong>The PowerHouse<\/strong>, a local youth ministry dedicated to reaching teens with the hope of Christ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Luke and his wife Beth have been married since 2000 and have 2 children. Together, they love serving the community, supporting families, and pointing people to Jesus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cMy life is a testimony of God\u2019s grace and second chances.
